GNAAP is a Prestigious Regulatory Body of ADR Professionals (Mediators, Arbitrators, Negotiators, Conciliators, Customary Arbitrators etc.) in Ghana incorporated under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) as amended the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) as a private Company limited by guarantee, on 27th May, 2014. After meeting the statutory requirements, GNAAP was duly registered as a Professional Body in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Bodies Registration Decree, 1973 (NRCD 143) on 17th January, 2022. GNAAP therefore is the only registered ADR Professional Body in Ghana.
