The purpose of GNAAP is to promote excellence Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a profession by regulating and organizing continuing professional development training to its members. GNAAP aims at promoting and furthering the cause of high professionalism in the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution in line with ADR Act 798 of 2010 and international best practices. Who We Are

GNAAP is a Prestigious Regulatory Body of ADR Professionals (Mediators, Arbitrators, Negotiators, Conciliators, Customary Arbitrators etc.) in Ghana incorporated under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) as amended the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) as a private Company limited by guarantee, on 27th May, 2014. After meeting the statutory requirements, GNAAP was duly registered as a Professional Body in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Bodies Registration Decree, 1973 (NRCD 143) on 17th January, 2022. GNAAP therefore is the only registered ADR Professional Body in Ghana. read more
